Turns out my car received a few scratches last night on the left of the front bumper, and the best part is the culprit is actually the sister of my girlfriend. Great thing to wake up to and see on my way to work today. 20190515_070037.jpg

Sucks that the car was out of my possession not too far back for the blend door(dealer took weeks to fix for some reason) and guess I'll be doing that all over again :(

Just needed to rant somewhere. Bad enough with some of these people on the road but least expected someone to damage her right at home.

I had just done a left rear quarter Bondo job on my 87 2 door Wolfsburg. My crazy girlfriend at the time got pissed off about something and kicked the newly dried and cured and primered panel. It shattered and cracked and she should still say prayers to this day she wasn’t sent on a permanent deep water quahog expedition. 💔😵

That really sucks , always somebody that doesn't respect things.
That about perfectly describes her lol. She acted like it was no big deal too which kind of ticked me off further. Now I know I'll be the one dealing with the insurance headache.

Just remember , down the road there's always a way to get a little revenge . Not that I condone it

People like that don’t deserve any more attention. They will have a terrible life all on their own. Walk away and be with people that want to be around you. Here endeth the lesson 👨‍🎓

The girlfriend should set her sister right. Get a new girlfriend, blood is thicker than water. You’re water. Her pussy ain’t gold unless you really believe that.

Nah the gf is great she knows how much work I put into the car and how big of a deal it is to me and basically told that to her sister.

At least the sister is insured so I'll get it fixed and she'll just pay the price later when her insurance rates go up.

Just mostly sad thinking about being stuck in a rental all over again. Especially since getting the IC and stage 2 flash tune I've been having a hoot.

Hopefully the body shop turnaround is quicker than the dealer.

What's worse is I wasn't in my usual spot since my neighbor brought home a trailer that took up half the street. I usually park behind his huge work truck that has just enough room to squeeze the FiST in and a driveway behind me to make getting in and out easy. Crazy to think it would've all been avoided if I was in my regular place.

I hosed off my car and a big strip of paint came off the back bumper. No scratch or anything, the paint just washed right off.

Hosed, or power washed? There are a lot of folks that pressure wash their cars and don't realize the potential for damage.

Now that being said, just noticed last week that the paint is flaking off the top edge of the hatch; as if it's being removed by the wind. Previous Ford's clear coat lasted twenty years, but the paint (let alone the clear coat) can barely stand three? Coupled with the took-two-times-to-repair water intrusion and the resultant panel rattles, a warped interior panel, loss of new car smell, cheap rear deck lid, paying for full week of rental car, loud CLACK from transmission, unnecessarily replaced axles and now front-end alignment issues... my experience doesn't well lend toward another purchase from Ford. It's a good car but assembly line quality control seems to be a real issue.

Have you never seen the movie The Crow ? Those crows maybe someone passing into the other side . So you might end up getting a crow beat down when you least expect it .
