Even more impressive then. I only was "questioning/skeptical" when the guy in the video was saying stock block. People like to play "technicalities" and stretch truths such as stock block.... but forged bottom end, or unopened, but headstuds/bolts replaced. I'm am extremely impressed with the motor then. Shit the 4g63's usually loose
head gaskets pretty regularly when pushing 500+whp with stock head studs. Color me impressed. If its truly unopened, one would have to believe valve springs, cams, and a thoughtful port job should have them making another giant leap in power. Then it will be the game of getting support for better transmission internals. Quick search doesn't show any of the gear specialists I'm familiar with making gears for this platform yet. Might be time to become friends with PPG.
