Yes it fits the US bumper, it is an add on to the bumper not a replacement for it. You can go to their site and they have instructions for installing their rear diffusers. 👍

I bought the rear diffuser from a buddy and its not for US spec bumper,Unless Maxton did some changes recently these will not fit.Lots of gap at both ends.My buddy took it back.

I sent an email to them a couple months ago and they told me you can put it on the US model but I never did so I am not sure of the fitment issues that might arise.
