Is there a good way to get oil out of the intercooler/intake tract?

I've never run a catch can, and at 34k miles there's a bunch of oil in my intercooler/intake tract, to the point where I can smell it burning sometimes - anyone know a good way to try to clean/flush out all that oil? I want to install a catch can at some point but that wont help with all the oil thats already in there

Any solvent will work. Gas or rubbing alcohol. Check at 2:40.
