Looking forward to the results. I'd be willing to give this a go once I see results. I suppose I could test one myself as I have a dyno but, little pressed for time.

He seems pretty confident. Figured I'd try one. Let's see what the ol butt dyno says about it.

Why didn't you purchase directly from the site?

Anyway, no worries ... shipping tomorrow morning.

on a completely separate note, I hate the eBay UI on a mobile device. If I am on eBay, I have to be on a desktop PC.

Easier from my phone. Lol

The site was harder to navigate on my phone.

So I installed mine today. It's not a night and day change, but you can tell it's there. Seems peppier at wot and seems to redline later. It's not like going from a civic to a viper, but it is a noticeable difference. I'm satisfied.

the first few pages were just arguments so I just skipped ahead , so if this was discussed my apologies. This thing looks essentially like a boost controller, is it not? It lies to the computer about the PSI being seen and ups the boost by a small amount. or do i have this wrong?

Yes, you are 100% correct. It intercepts the boost signal and delivers a lower voltage to the ECU giving you more boost.

I have results on 91 Octane. The rpm pick up was flaky at the higher rpms so the chart looks a bit funky but it is what it is. I have spent way too much on the dyno now but it is finally nice to have numbers to post and here they are --->

On a Fiesta ST, the gain is 20 wheel lb-ft of torque. The gain at the peak is 6 wheel hp and a 20 wheel hp gain at 3500 rpm.

On a Focus ST, the gain is 40 wheel lb-ft of torque. The gain at the peak is still 6 wheel hp and a 25 wheel hp gain at 3500 rpm.

Not sure why .4 L of displacement doubles the torque gain but that is just what I measured.

And now the part you have all been waiting for - the dyno charts ...
