Clean Title
99,600 miles will go up, as it is my daily.

Purchased from previous owner in March 2022.
Most of the mods were done by the previous owner. I went nuts on the transmission work when the stock clutch gave out.
Only other things I’ve done is the roof racks and the sync 3 upgrade, as well as replacing the fan shroud after the relay gave out late 2022.

Really enjoy the car, but I'm about to jump into a new car, and can't have both unfotunately.

Car is under is still under a loan with Penfed credit union, and can provide a payoff letter if needed. Process might just take a few days for title to be sent.

The Good:
Mechanically, the car feels and drives great. Engine only has 48k miles on it. No problem as a daily driver, suspension feels great. All moldings are still in good shape, and the previous owner replaced the blend door actuators in early 2022, so no clicking. Sound system sounds great, clear and punchy bass

The Bad:
Paint. Hood especially, has many rockchips and deep scratches that were touched up by previous owner. Front bumper is also littered with small chips. I had planned on either repainting the front clip or wrapping the car.
Windshield has a chip and 2 long cracks. (Bought it with the cracks, no issues with it since I purchased it)
Front tires scrape on big bumps at higher speeds

The Weird:
A/C blows cold, but sometimes after a pull, you need to switch it off and on to get the a/c to blow cold again.
Only received one key, and it has the my key limitation of turning off the radio if your seatbelt is not on. No hindrance in performance.

Dang... just got a 2015 Focus ST, but I would have jumped on this, especially being from Austin. Looks like a very good deal and best of luck with the sale!

Thanks! Seems like my timing is always off, lol. Hopefully it sells quick, willing to let it go for a steal to get out of the loan.

When my mechanic goes to install new coilovers tomorrow in my FoST (guy lied about condition of car of course when I got it).... if he sees anything crazy that tells him I need to abandon this car, I'll get yours while I figure out my options! :)
