Have you disconnected and reconnected the battery?

Can you hear the fuel pump when you power up without hitting the starter ?

Seems like you've checked over the easy stuff...I wonder if the gas that you got had a lot of water in it. Hopefully your fuel pump and/ sending unit didn't crap itself.

Did you bump or brush the ECU plugs or conections on the side of the battery when or if you removed your old air intake pipe ??
Perhaps if you have not tried to unplug them and reseat them..

I even called the QT I got gas from and they said they hadnt had amy issues. Ive been at a QT that had a fuel problem and theud know it within minutes.
If it was fuel pump or sending unit, do you thing the AP will void that?

Likely...depends on the dealership. Like all of the ideas here, check, disconnect and reconnect all of your connections. Also, check all of the fuses that have and part in the engine running, both under the hood and behind the glovebox.
