Air Conditioning Air Flow

I have a 2014, and the air coming through is very cold, but it only leaks out of everywhere but the passenger footwell - it blows as expected. I replaced both blend door actuators, and they were working fine. I did the re-calibration after I replaced them too, and it was working fine for months. I dropped the glovebox, and when I switch the climate control settings between foot, vents, and defroster the blend door actuator moves to a new position, but the air still flows to the passenger side footwell. Do I just need to reset it again or do I have another issue? Any help is appreciated.
