Anyone running a Freektune?

It looks like you're running good fuel and there's still plenty of power left on the table as well.

I'm curious to see some logs of people running either the Mountune intake or an upgraded FMIC.

I woke up this morning to my base file. I was obviously pretty surprised because I assumed it would have been sent sometime today or tomorrow (his site says 2-3 business days). Not that I expect tuners to work during the weekend, but it's nice to see that he does if he has the time.

I'll drive it around a bit today for the car to get it's learn-on, and hopefully I can pull a couple of logs tomorrow morning to send for him to look at and revise. Right now the car feels very smooth and powerful compared to the OTS maps, so I'm curious to see how it turns out.

Last I had seen two months ago you were recommending Randy's tune. Which one are you actually running now and which do you think is better and why?

If u purchase a tune from him and then get another mod and want a new tune does he charge full price for a second update?

I had both tunes done and both make around the same power with the Freektune making a little more torque and it feels like it pulls a little harder. They both make great tune's but I am currently running the freektune although you cant go wrong with either.

I'll be finding out shortly. I was planning on just running OTS tunes until I had all of my full bolt-on parts, but I seem to have jumped the gun. I plan on ordering all the rest of my 'stage 3' parts in the next few weeks so I'll probably ask. If I were to guess I would say that it probably depends on whether you do something minor or within a short time-paid from purchasing versus doing something major or further out from the purchase.
