Boost leak ? SOLVED

I’m gonna either be retarted or there’s actually a boost leak but what don’t make sense is that at 2k rpm if you floor is to get into boost all I hear is just whooshing of air like a hiss but if I gradually increase the throttle until I’m at 3k I can then floor it and there’s no secondary hissing idk if it’s just a bypass for the motor or if it’s actually a boost leak it feels like a boost leak cause the motor try’s to build boost then just gives out

Yea turns out it was the PVC hose had a crack In it
