Broken stud

Hybrid turbo swap was going smooth when i ran into this not sure how long the stud had been broken for or how it happened anyone else had this happened too them or is there even a stud in there to begin with?

I had two break in my head. I drilled one and then extracted it and the other is still broken and I have zero leaks.
