Charge Pipes and BOVs Now Allowed in Updated SCCA Solo Rules

So the new rulebook released on June 24th now allows us to change out charge pipes and blow off valves in Street Touring Hatchback (STH) class- this could be useful for those that have these parts and want to run in that class.
I couldn't find any other changes from the previous rulebook for that class.

I haven't seen any updates to the rules since June- I imagine that there will be a new set coming out before next summer.
