P0507 intake air leak or carbon build up on my throttle body? i also have that OCC but everything seems to be correct on that. tighten up the hoses as well
You do not have carbon build up at 18k. You just do not. I checked out a 70k engine last weekend, and it barely had anything worth cleaning.

He did not find a fix for the catch can. Not many of us have the JBR can for our cars because they typically do not work well. Damond, Radium, and Mishimoto are the go to options here.

Disconnect the OCC by connecting the two lines together at the engine bypassing the OCC. Drive and see if code goes away to eliminate the OCC as the problem. Blow through your check valve, it should allow air flow in only 1 direction. Like the others I believe the problem is with the OCC installation. The code basically says you have a high idle speed and gives a list of possible causes for ALL cars. Since you installed the OCC in the vacuum line it is likely a leak is causing the higher idle speeds. That is why it it #1 on most lists for the code. It takes many miles for throttle bodies to get that dirty. Easiest way to find a leak is spraying soapy water on each connection and see if you can visually see it being sucked in or listen for a change in idle speed when a connection is sprayed.

So just did a leak check on my occ hoses. Turns out the one connecting on the manifold was a little lose. Engine light went away soonas i started it back up. I keep my eye on it and keep you guys posted to see how well it does before i change it to a diamond or mishimoto
