Clicking Noise When Braking at Low Speeds

So I recently started getting a clicking noise when braking at slow speeds from the front brakes. It’s doesn’t happen all the time but once and awhile.

I first thought it was rotors and pads, but after replacing them still getting the noise.

But now I also regularly hear a scraping noise when braking, that on and off as the well spins and slows down.

Where should I look next.

Did you replace your brake hardware? Pins & clips? I have found that some hardware will wear specifically the clips and make contact and need to be adjusted or replaced. FYI
