I don't understand why they don't use the off button instead of the cruise cancel.

Finally loaded up a custom tune, and I still have the stupid issue w/ the cruise control on. My AP is up to date. Does something with the tune need to change?

Cobb recently released updates (2/9/16 for ATP and 2/25/16 for ATR) which resolves the map switch / cruise control conflict issue for both AccessTuner Pro (which tuners use ) and AccessTuner Race (self-tuners)...Since your tuner uses ATP to develope your custom tunes, if your last custom tune was not saved with the latest tuning software update you'll still have the same conflict issue.....

Check with your tuner to see if last map revision was saved along with new tuning program update....

You need to put the cruise control on and then set your speed after if you hit cancel the tach will not display the selected slot. If you just hit the on button it still display the selected map slot.

This ATR update also added a "Enable Brake Boost" toggle under the Advanced Parameters tab. They didn't include any description of the actual changes it makes to the boost control strategy either. I sent in a question on the web site, but no response yet. The Porsche ATR also has a brake boost tab.
