DRL LED Fog Light bezels?

Looking at the picture of the back of the lights, it doesn't look like you'll be able to add the stock lights to it. At least not without modifying things.

I'm confused. Do they just add and LED strip around the fog housing, or is it a bezel, LED strip, and foglight all in one assembly?
