Got my RamAir filter in today along with some other goodies. Quality looking and feeling product. Installation was obviously super straight forward, just undo the four T20 torx screws holding the top of the airbag on, remove the old filter and pop the new one in. I left mine dry, but may lightly oil it down the road with some K&N filter-oil since I already have some.

I immediately noticed an increase in intake volume, especially the stock bypass valve. It almost had the vent-to-atmosphere BOV sound I've always wanted, but not annoyingly loud so as to draw attention. Just loud enough for me to notice the difference, which is what really matters in my opinion. Cheaper than a K&N or Green Filter too, so that's a plus.

Used the discount code to get one of these cheap, I'm at 20k and the stock filter is about due to be changed. Might as well upgrade

Love the added noise with this. It's just right.
I agree with this - thank you
I haven't modded the intake on my 2017 FIST except for adding this filter and it has added just a bit of noise that is "just right"

Plenty in stock - ready to ship , with FREE whoosh decal

I've had this in for a few hundred miles now, I definitely agree that the noise is just right. I put a light coat of k&n filter oil on mine since I live in the dusty desert. Next oil change I'll pull the filter out and see how it looks.

So what is the general consensus here? Are these better or worse than something like the cobb / green filter?

I ran the green and ram filter in my fost, the ram was much easier to clean and held up better.

I like it because you don't HAVE TO oil it/run it oiled.

That being said, I use the thick factory/OEM style paper filter during the ridiculous pollen season we get around here.
