Hi everyone, what engine oil do you recommend for stage 3, I use the car both on the track and on the road, I would like to know what grade and what brand

Engine oil questions are like asking opinions on Trump or abortion.

That said, Ford recommends a synthetic blend 5-20 . . . but this assumes street use, IMO

You can argue a track dedicated car with big turbo and high ambient needs a 5w40 or 0w40.

So . . . I can tell you that I went full synthetic 5w30. While you can pay extra for some of the niche oils, I would argue that Pennzoil 5w30 ultra platinum is a great oil when compared against cost. That's what I used. Note, Pennzoil Platinum is different than Ultra Platinum.

I’ve always used 5w30 Castrol Edge with my x47 on both road and track
