ETC dips around 3k, someone look in to them?

Currently stage 3, being etuned and on every log i look into, my etc angle dips right before or after 3k. it happens on any road i log on. traction control fully off as well. if someone could look into my tune id be very happy to get a second opinion. if youd be willing to help me out, please post and i will message you to send you a log.
