Hi,
I have Fiesta ST180, 2013, no mods, recently loss of coolant, motor cooked, it was replaced with a refurbished one (it is supposed to be like new motor, got 2 year warranty). Since then there have been problems with warm starts. This one is extremely bad:

Cold starts are OK. Car has full power normally. It is enough to drive cold car for 5 min, stop 2 min and then the bad start happens. I would say it happens in 70% cases when I start warm motor, mostly in cases when the motor is not fully warm but was driven for 5 -10 min or so.

There are new spark plugs, other components around (fuel injectors, turbo, ...) are original.

Any idea what to check? I guess there can be a damaged component due to overheating (fuel injector ???) or there can be a problem with the motor itself or its assembly (which should cover the warranty). Thanks

THere may be history code(s) present that will lend a clue. Read codes and post them.

For vehicles in general, odd behavior on warm starts typically points to some issue with vacuum leak or the motor that controls air flow during engine idle. (referred to as "IAC" or idle air control valve with older engine designs)
