I'm following up behind last year's replacement of the front suspension, following a hit-and-run (while parked) impact by an Amazon contractor. They took out some paint underneath in the strut tower that I'm just now getting to... so have to remove the struts.

I know the OEM struts had rubber caps covering the center. Were there washers beneath the mounting nuts as well? There are indications in the photos that there might've been?

What is this white threaded connector port sticking out of the firewall? My symPOSER is plugged but still installed.

One other quick question. The rear engine mount is currently disconnected. Keeping that in mind, is this normal for the passenger side engine mount or should I just go ahead and pickup another now? It was replaced, maybe a couple or few years ago and haven't place too much mileage on it since then.
