Hopefully someone can help me out here. I have an intermittent grinding/creaking noise that sounds like it's coming from the passenger front side of the cabin. It only happens under light throttle and RPM increase in 3rd gear and above between 2000rpm and 3500rpm. Some days it's there, some it isn't. I'm at a complete loss here as to what it could be. I was just under the car a few weeks ago and everything checked out. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Those mounts have been known to squeak or break. Some people here got them replaced under warranty. From what I remember, the symptoms were similar to yours. Weird noises at certain RPM. It may not be that, but I'd certainly get it checked.
