It's a tight fit....but both will go into the headlamp housing. I have the same exact bulbs. You will need to remove the whole housing from the vehicle and it's easy as pie.

I'm about to install my xenon depot LEDs for my low beams soon. For those of you who have already installed: were you able to install without removing the headlights?

I found instructions in a few places and it seems very easy. Based on what I've seen, I'm not worried about the how-to part, but in each set of directions there was mention of a clip that holds the headlight in once you have removed the two screws and the plastic screw tap - it "releases" when you pull on the headlight. A little worried about breaking anything referred to as a "clip" that is never shown directly in instructions. Past install PTSD maybe? Heheh. Did you run into anything tricky with a clip that holds the light in? What is the clip they are referring to?

The clip is on the car.....the bottom part of the headlamp connects right into it. It can move around so make sure you DON'T FORCE IT if it just doesn't slide right in like it should. I took the topside bolts out and unplugged it and voila....it makes it easier to install the bulbs also....one side is really fussy but it will go in with repeated attempts. The other side slipped right in....you will see what I mean. I think it was one of the easiest installs of headlights I've done in a great while.

Of course they scatter. You stuck an HID into a multi - reflector housing designed to amplify a halogen. Now it's amplifying an already much brighter light source. You can lower the beam a bit but you will always be a glare monster.

Also, to remove the headlights, remove the bolts up top and the one near the front. Then slide the headlight towards the windshield and PULL up hard. It will make a a scary ass screech like noise. Just keep pulling. But be SURE that you slid it up towards the windshield before pulling or you'll likely snap the tab at the top of the headlight. It's only scary the first time you do it then it's cake. I've pulled mine 3 times dealing with suspension shit. It gets easier ;)

Per 503's experience, I'm returning my Morimoto 2strokes. They can't fit properly into the port opening for the low beams due to the offset Ford incorporated into the headlight. I'll have to stick with my xenon depot LEDs since those are known to fit well. Too bad, I'm a big fan of TRS and I really wanted to support their foray into LED low beam applications.

Same here, but hey they got the 10% stocking fee :p maybe they'll do a passive one or something later on...

Easy to take out but it took me like 30 minutes of trial and error just trying to place the driver side headlight back. It would always not sit well on some part. I was also trying not to force it. This made me not want to even try the passenger side. But after looking it over a bit I noticed that I could just loosen the coolant reserve tank by removing it's connecting bolts and placing it out of the way. I didn't need to disconnect any hoses. This gave me enough room to reach the port on the inside of the headlight were the bulbs are connected and change the bulb.

I was just upgrading to a brighter Phillips bulb though. No LED or HID.
