Ignition timing corrections

I understanding negative corrections are not good and positive corrections suggest a conservative tune. I have two questions that I can not find anywhere on the forum. Are positive corrections better than 0 correction? Is it better to have different positive corrections in each cylinder or better to have all cylinders the same positive correction?
