I'm about to commit sudoku because of this noise!

I've taken the car to the dealership twice already, and I'm about to freak out. I have very little patience when it comes to bad customer service.
Probably due to the fact that I work in corporate sales, retention, and escalations. Anyway, I digress.

I'll try to include as much information as I can remember off the top of my head.
The car doesn't always make this sound, and it's hard to replicate.
It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, or if the car is warmed up or not.
It does this noise anywhere from 4,000rpm to 4,500rpm.
It does it in every gear, including neutral.
It also makes the noise when I rev up, and when it's coming down.
The only thing I've done to try and fix the problem, is deleting the sound symposer. (If anything, it got louder when I deleted the symposer, because it didn't have the fake noise from the symposer to hide it.)
Car is 100% stock, other than the sound symposer delete I just recently put in for troubleshooting purposes.
I would really appreciate any help I can get! If the dealership continues to be condescending, and take this lightly, I'm going to start escalating.
Thanks in advance to anyone that posts.

If I'm hearing it right, it comes across to me as a slight metallic vibration noise. I had a similiar issue with my 03 rsx-s, and it was a spring behind the tach that had come loose. The car made the noise only within a certain range of engine rpm (similiar to your situation), and the dealer was able to fix the issue.

I was actually wondering if it was something simple like that.. but I figured the dealership would check that stuff first. I will specifically ask them to check! I really appreciate the help.

Sounds like the symposer to me. You say it was off the car and you put it back, no change?

Don't commit sudoku. Or seppuku.
In the videos, the sound symposer was still installed. I've taken it out since, and it's gotten way louder lol. (Probably not louder, but the sound symposer was masking the noise a bit.)
