Hi guys. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

I'm not currently an ST owner, but will be soon hopefully. I did own an XR4 for a few years a while back and really loved it. Great fun car and it looks like this Fiesta ST is even more fun... Looking forward to it already.

I've been browsing the forums and seeing all the mods. Already have some ideas about what I want to do... Spent plenty of money in my head already lol

Anyway, any info that you think I should know of specifically for the Australian version, let me know.

Cheers,
Brendan

Welcome Brendan. Good to see a few more Aussies over here finally. Our car is similar in lots of ways to the US cars but different in ECU tuning unfortunately.
Long story short we are unable to use Cobb AP and certain intakes and intake parts unless custom tuning is used. Plenty of info around on this topic but just putting it out there. :)

That's really unfortunate, because that Cobb set up is exactly what I want!! I saw that Croydon Racing are official distributors, was going to call them...

Actually you may want to inquire with CRD if you're super keen. They may be able to get an Cobb solution going for you but it will be costly and custom.
Mountune, Pumaspeed, Superchips & a few other UK vendors cater for our cars with off the shelf tunes and intakes.
Also there is a couple of shops like CRD now catering for our cars locally.
But yeah development on the tuning side isn't as mature as the US cars unfortunately.
