[MENTION=1098]DHM[/MENTION] called me a couple days ago about my order. I just wanted everyone to know that he has called me and is making things right. I stand by DHM and [MENTION=759]Hijinx@DHM[/MENTION] in this process. I know that he has been on the phone with a lot of customers and getting them taken care of just as he has said he would.

That's good to hear [MENTION=1098]DHM[/MENTION] is trying to make things right. I had a hunch things weren't going well, but the result is still pretty shitty. I'm sure Russ is doing all he can to pick up the pieces. I find it ridiculous how far some people are going to blacken his name, though.
