Leaning above 5800 rpm? Input welcomed

So about a month ago installed gt2860 turbo. Since installation I've had a leaning issue up high. Right now I'm on e30 and still having the problem. Replaced upstream o2 thinking it was bad, nope still happening. From 2-5800 or so it's pretty steady at 12:1 but By 7k I'm around 14:1. It starts taking off around 5800-6k. My tuner is working on it but with no luck yet. Any thoughts out there guys? I've already made sure all exhaust manifold nuts and dp nuts are tight, no pre o2 exhaust leaks.

From what I have read with a big turbo that isn't the cyborg. When you run e30 or higher you are starting to run out of fuel. Hence the need for an AUX fuel source. I can be wrong but that would be my guess.

Not running out of fuel yet. Pressure is good says my tuner. Definitely have more room. I know it looks like fueling is the issue but he's certain it's not, not yet.

What are your STFT/LTFT's looking like? If your VE isn't properly adjusted then you could just be maxing out what the ECU can compensate for. Honestly though, none of us can do anything other than take random guesses without a datalog.

Your STFT looks pretty much spot on so I'm going to assume that your LTFT is close enough for government work as well.

Your log doesn't show the commanded AFR, so I'm going to assume that you're actually leaning out around 4900 rpm. I don't know the limits of the HPFP so I would actually request that you dump those monitors and just log the default PID's along with your FRP Error to see if you're actually maxing it out. This will help out the troubleshooting immensely. Also, don't make a full-pull when you're that lean, it's just asking for trouble. Assuming your commanded AFR is actually in the 12's at those rpm's, I would probably shut it down between 6-6.2k and re-evaluate. If your commanded AFR is in the 11's, shut it down about 1k earlier. You can also log Fuel Mass Desired along with Fuel Mass Inj of any one specific cylinder to back that up.

You're moving a lot of air, roughly 300hp worth. I haven't kept up to speed on what other BT owners are able to kept fueled, but it's not unreasonable to assume you're ready for some aux fuel. A more complete picture would be better.

What would be considered bad for STFT? Wouldn't the ECU be trying to add more fuel via STFT if he were going too lean ( if considering he's not out of fuel)?

Anything below 10% (when added together) in either direction is acceptable. Anything above that but below 30% lean, 25% rich, would suggest that the VE model needs work but that the STFT/LTFT can still accommodate. Outside of those limits, you need a new tuner because you're not even in the right ballpark.

Adam has posted he fuels E30 cars to 300whp with GT2554-GT2560.
Don't see any reason this setup could make it to 300whp.
Hijinx, you made it a good bit past 300whp on straight pump gas, right?
