I guess maybe you should buy the other ones and see how better they are....I will say out in a completely dark area the LED have more of a concentrated beam than the halogens. Instead of ripping on someone's dare to try something you should put your little toque on and stfu if you haven't got anything nice to say eh. Read my quote at the bottom also.
Oh and by the way shooter....that's are the ones with the phillips LEDS in them.
Sorry eh, no need to get so butt-hurt... These really are pretty terrible, I'm sorry eh that you can't see that but I hope you'll take note that the foreground light (that is useless light) is far too intense, you have lost all of your width lighting, and your hotspot looks very odd as it should be focused directly ahead and right at the cutoff (not a big lopsided rectangle). These are all signs of a poor product or application. Its unfortunate that you spent money, I would recommend taking at look at the HIDPlanet forums and reading up on current technology and getting ideas whether HID, LED, or improved Halogen.
I notice you mention that you used HIDs in your typhoon? You did that without a projector? Well I can see you unfortunately haven't been exposed to good lighting yet then, so you might see these are being "good" but its far from that in fact. Just trying to help, but unless you do a retrofit with a projector you should pick up a set of the GE/Phillips/TruckLite LED 5x7 sealed beams and you will get a much better lamp overall.
FYI, I won't be buying any of the LED bulbs because they are all pretty bad at this point, and because the Fiesta headlights are already a poor performer I have everything ready and waiting to retrofit some Murano and Corolla LED projectors into mine to get actual improved lighting, so we will see how that works out.
