Lost NAV SD Card - No Install Files

My car was recently broken into!

The thief took the SD card, and now I do not have Navigation. I put a new SD card in the slot. When I try to update files, I receive a message, " No Install Files found."

I have been everywhere online looking for a way to get the Install Files. So far, I can only find instructions on how to update software FROM inside the vehicle.

How can I download the Install Files onto my SD card so I can Update the Navigation System?

Anyone have a link, or can you copy your Install Files and send them to me?

I would ask your dealer if they have access to the install files and if they can copy the files off to your new SD card for you. Sorry about the break in 😱
