Modding to keep the warranty

Sorry for bumping an old thread... reading through this thread, and the following warranty sheet:

Lists Fiesta ST parts that do not affect warranty/are covered.

But it doesn't list Mountune's CBE.

Ford's site says it's fine:

I go with the Ford Racing site. I spoke to a few dealers(in Canada) and they really don't care too much on exhaust changes, especially since the part is from their system (For dealer order able part when discussing Ford Racing parts). But you could check with your preferred dealer, first.
