hey guys any ideas of quick and easy mods I could do to my st?

Being in the UK I would say better shocks and springs as well as lighter wheels and stickier Tyres for starters.

You can with a KnN intake.. Should give you at least 7hp...and a load a file
.. That will increase the performance major

Bang for the buck for power increase is a tune for sure. For handling a good tire and/or springs/shocks.
