Can you take a picture of what the vents look like from under the hood? Are they functional?

Yeah, will do. And yes they are functional. I had to remove the hood insulation in order to have vents fitted, so that's missing at the moment. Will take pics ltr as I'm at work atm.

Did you paint the windshield spray nozzles also or do they come colored on the european models?

No. Standard jets are black. I purchased them in Spirit Blue and swapped them over.

Is Spirit Blue the euro name for our USDM Performance Blue, or is it an actual different color? I don't think we get that color if it is...

It looks the same to me, from the photos. Our MK 6 Fiesta & MK 2 Focus STs were performance blue over here , which is a different colour altogether.
