The ECU attaches to the OE battery box with bolts underneath and a clip on top. The ECU also bolts to the underside of the MeLe box with a bolt that also goes through the OE mounting platform (one of three bolts holding the MeLe box to the mounting platform), and clips on top of the MeLe box, pretty much like factory.
