Hey everyone,

Today i was installing my new Nostrum hpfp on my engine, but i've ran in to some issues.

I've got the hpfp fitted using the instructions, and it's all connected, however, now that i have started putting back the coil pack cover, i've discovered that the cover now interferes with the fuel line fitting.

As you can see exactly where one of the bolts for the coil packs is supposed to go, there is the high pressure fuel line fitting.

I've already trimmed the cover everywhere it was bumping in to things, but i'm still about 1/4th a inch short, so it seems like the only way i could get this to fit would require me to remove bolt insert for one of the coil packs, which seems like a bad idea.

I haven't read about anyone running in to this issue, so i'm really confused whether i just did something wrong, or the fuel pump is just sitting too high because of maybe the wrong bracket?

Also a picture of the hpfp installed without the cover on.

I'm curious what you guys think is going wrong here.

Yeah...i ran into the same issue. You can use a shorter bolt...I did. Or buy the SVT design coil tray design that moves it up a 1/4 inch.[driving]
