Opening up rear diffuser

Hey guys! Great read, I wonder if even more benifit would come from removing the factory rear “diffuser” with adding the versus one?

We don't have a diffuser, or at least any I'm willing to put money on that actually do anything.

I might just dremel through the fake grilles, strictly so the car doesn’t squirt water back at me anymore when I wash it.
