I recently had the same issue many of you have had with the recall style tank cracking and could not find a replacement. With some hours of scouring the internet I have finally found a solution!
I googled for hours and many times it lead me here only to find threads with not solution or one that I didn't prefer.
The only downside ot this solution is that I could not find just the tank. I found the entire recall kit. The part number for the kit is H1BZ-9P449-F. The -G and -B kit are similar but the do not have the correct coolant reservoir. The coolant reservoir is Part number GN11-8A080-CB. I still can't find the reservoir by itself anywhere.

Not sure their reasoning but Ford named this kit EGR-Modification Kit. I saw the kit when searching Fords parts site but I glanced over it because of it's name. Then I noticed one site with a picture and it had the coolant tank in it. So I googled the part number and sure enough, it is the entire Tank with coolant level senser, Hose kit, and sensors for the recall. It does not come with the wiring harness for the recall as that was a seperate kit.
I purcahsed my kit NOS from an Ebay seller for $225 plus tax. $240.75 total. As of today, 16/Jul/2026, there are several full kits still available on ebay in the $350 range. The kit on Ford parts site is listed for $650-$700 depending on the site you look at.

P.S The last pic is a screenshot of the kit I bought. Looks like there is 1 left from them as of 16/Jul/2026.
