Hey all, I'll be replacing the radiator, the expansion tank, the thermostat, and all of the hoses with some great aftermarket gear. Do I need to flush the system before replacing the parts to make sure the old coolant is out of everything else?

Need too, probably dont need too but you could benefit by getting more of the old stuff out. AFAIK there is no block drain on this thing. I had mine done after my turbo install by a shop that just dropped what was in the radiator and refilled while pulling a vacuum. I had the orange coolant and provided the newer yellow...long story short I now have a lighter orange coolant. A flush would help get out more of the orange and give ya a brighter yellow.

Other than a cleaner looking fluid, the yellow and orange are compatible so you shouldnt have any issues there
