Still has the screen protector on it. The blue bezel was to be painted so it is scuffed upp. Grey bezel is fine. Comes with sticker, and all parts. Maps just got updated recently as well so just plug n play. YES IT HAS BEEN UNLOCKED. my car is now stock and accessport ready. I will be putting a new 3m tape piece on the mount for you as well
