Its been rainy and humid the past few days in wisconsin/ illinois. And upon driving home from my girlfriends place my car is doing what it did last year. After a short time drivinf in the rain i get a stumble when i go to put any form of load on the engine. Doesnt matter gear or rpm. Its like its blowing the spark out.

I thought last year it was my step colder plugs. Put fresh stock heat range in late summer. And its taken till now for enough rain to bring the issue back around. Its not a traction control intervention. As there is no wheelspin. Just lack of power and not much acceleration. Warm dry weather the car acts completely normal.

All i still have is my p0456 and p219A for the cracked evap canister. But this was going on last year with no codes being tripped before i cracked the canister this winter. Its one of several large aggrivations with this car.

My next step would be to check for corrosion under and around the battery cables as this has been a weird phenomenon. As water and electricity don't mix..... with corrosion thrown in the mix. Not good bed fellow.

Its fine. And my fuse box is totally dry. Whole underhood area seems dry to the touch.

The reason why I ask is I had that fuse blow and had the same symptoms.

Some have said my MAP intercooler is too big and gathers water inside when its humid. I call bullshit because its a factory fit piece. And i know my charge pipes are all tight. No holes in anything. Still the same tune. And no change when flashed back to stock tune last year. Its so damn strange.

No symposer. Cpe charge pipe wont allow it. No leak, it made/ makes 21-23 psi without a problem early in the drive.

Nope. Full cpe charge pipes. And everything was double checked a couple weeks ago when i adjusted the piping to keep from rubbing on stuff.
