Ok. I just got a 2014 Fiesta. My question. When I'm using maps on my phone, and it connects to the cars audio, the voice prompts on the phone no longer announce directions.

I'm not sure about on fiesta. But in my moms jeep. The navigation audio is independent from the music audio so there's 2 sound settings I can play with. Would double check your settings inside your navigation app

There’s usually a setting in your phone that you have to toggle along the lines of “announce as phone call” or something of the sort.
