Sync3 vehicle health report

Finally got around to installing the Ford Owner app on my phone and tried to do a health report. I got to the "The vehicle health monitor is waiting for diagnostics to be ready" screen and it won't go any further. I looked it up on the Ford website and apparently it's not available on 16s. Does anyone know if there's going to be an update to include this or a way to work around it?

I actually got it working on my 2016. It mostly says the same thing, on occasion it would do whatever it was trying to do and eventually show me my oil health. That's it, it just shows you oil health. So I uninstalled the app.
