Hey everyone. I’m ordering new wheels for my Fiesta soon and I want to get TPMS sensors so I don’t have any issues. I can’t seem to find where to buy the right ones. I’ve seen a lot for sale on Amazon and eBay with the DE8T-1A180-AA part number but they all list 2011-2015 as the compatibility and I have a 2016. These are about $45 vs the $200 I’ve seen on some other sites for matching ones for my model. I was wondering if these would still work or if anyone can share the ones they got?

That is the same part for the later ones...and for about a million other Ford Lincoln-Mercury vehicles. This is another part number for the same thing: 9L3Z1A189A
Here is the page from Rockauto showing the choices they have. They have the Motorcraft ones for $45. I am using Schraders for $25. I have bought a set from Amazon that were sold as Motorcraft and came in packages that looked sort of like Motorcraft ones, but two of the four didn't work out of the box, and one of the ones that did failed in less than a month. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks for the advice! Did you have to purchase the controller as well to program them to the car?

I did get one. You'll understand how universal the TPMS are when you see that one programmer device works for all Ford vehicles.
