Hi. Well i just installed the turbosmart bov ive been setting it on the softest setting. Its to the point that if i loosen a bit more it will be past the seal ring. Ok the issue I'm having is turbo surge. That wutututut sound every time I release the throttle. I replaced the included hose with a bit wider hose with no success. I. Used thread seal on the fittings and everything is sealed correctly from the map sensor all the way to the bov. I'm running out of options. Any ideas on how to fix this issue??

What happens when you're WOT and then lift off? A nice pshhhh or "surge"?

Having a little flutter at partial throttle isn't a big deal at all.

Ive been making the spring softer. If i unscrew it a bit more it would be past the seal ring.

Don't make it softer....turn it the other way.....
Like 2 or 3 full turns to start.
