Lol, we don't. I asked the same question a week ago about how the ECU knows these things ( compressor outlet, exhaust flow, flange temp, ext valve temp ). The best guess we have is some type of cal based off the cylinder head stock flow, cams, intake, and they use that against coolant temps, mass air, intake temps, and map to come up with this info. I have no idea how it gets it. I do know the ecu looks at it for tuning.

I was kinda taken back there that there was mention or inference of one being installed....
