Wtf is this wire?!?!

Found 2 wires like that on the driver footwell.. the other one was green this one is a black one... I didn't bother when I found the first green one I thought maybe i grabbed it somewhere and it got cut on my boot.. but now another one... I found I'd after passing a wire throught the firewall with a fish...

Its pretty weird that I find 2 of these and they don't belong to the car...

I found the first one when I did a good cleanup in the car.. then I found this one just now a week after while passing through the firewall...
