i'm new to 'tuning' and need advice

I just bought a regular Ford Fiesta from 2009 and i dont really know what to change first.
Any advice?

What kind of look are you aiming for? More of a show or race look? Do you autocross or track your car?

i'm aiming for this kind of look, ASA AR1 17" wheels ,but the car these rims are on is a bit too low to my liking (sorry for my english , it's not my native language)

I think the Fiesta on this image from that thread is on coilovers. If you get just lowered springs it won't be as agressive. The ASA AR1 would look nice.
