Ac actuator stopped working and constant clicking

Replaced all actuators 200 miles ago. Today the one behind the glove box stopped working so I went ahead and pulled it out and inspected it. It's totally functional all gears are clean too. Whether the actuator is connected to the car or not I hear this constant clicking sound coming from the glovebox area. What could it be?

It's not the actuator. The actuator which turns the vent to recycle/fresh works fine but the vent isn't moving. The door itself moves smoothly and freely so it's not stuck something just isn't working. And as I mentioned I hear clicking even with the actuators disconnected
