A prototype is in process now.
I hope to have it completed tomorrow.

Production has already been discussed with a vendor.

Just want a boost gauge but anyone got any ideas to mount the pod?

The mount I am working on will sit across the steering column.
Hopefully the mount itself it will not or barely be visible to the driver.
On either/both ends will be a fully adjustable gauge pod in a choice of 2 1/16 or 2 5/8 inches.

I am almost ready to order my gauges.

One will be an analog sweep oil pressure with a small digital window for oil temperature.
The other will be an analog sweep combo of vac & boost.
It too has a digital window but I haven't decided to go with IAT or EGT.

Of course the gauges do mount in a similar location.
I had something like that one in my Mini but it wont fit in the Fiesta.

The prototype I built is all done and all the design info has been sent to the vendor.
I do have the prototype in my car currently.
Mine is much more adjustable and designed to specifically fit the Fiesta.
It is designed to not interfere with the view of any icon/warning lights.
It is fully adjustable for perfect view with the steering wheel set at any tilt level.
It can also be used with and can be provided with your choice of 2 1/16 or 2 5/8 gauge pods.

Photos will be posted when the vendor decides to do so.

I don't think it will be too long before we see this.
I also asked about a group buy and that too will be done.

That is a perfect set up! And EGT is probably better in the long run.

It is just that the vendor has been very busy completing other projects that were already started.

I do want this. Since the FiST will be a daily driver i want a boost gauge and maybe a temperature or oil pressure to avoid hitting the boost when too cold or having to keep connecting and disconnecting the accessport. Just need to figure out where to mount the sensors as i'm not familiar with this engine. I think i read the boost gauge can be connected to the symposer delete. Not to sure and don't have the vehicle to check things.
