Any resources for removing the rear bumper/diffuser?

Going to try and pull the bumper soon to check out some damage from a little mishap while doing some rally stuff, I'm new to this car and was hoping for some resources before I go pulling and prying on the bumper. Thanks!

So I had found that thread but wasn't sure how similar the euro bumper is to the US FiST, and I also didn't know if the titanium bumper is similar enough to base my removal procedure off that. It certainly gives some insight but I was looking for something specific to the US FiST.
